Borscht Belt Roscoe Historic Marker Dedication
The Borscht Belt Historical Marker Project — an artist- and historian-led initiative installing permanent historic markers throughout the Catskills — invites the community to celebrate Roscoe's Borscht Belt past. The afternoon pairs a permanent marker dedication with a public program of remarks, photographs, and stories.

The dedication opens with remarks by Fred Holtz, PhD — who spent 25 summers at the Campbell Inn — along with project leads Isaac Jeffreys and the Borscht Belt Historical Marker Project team.
"Greetings from Roscoe" — An Illustrated Talk
Isaac Jeffreys and the project team in conversation with Ahu Terzi of The Hound Books. Through photographs, postcards, and ephemera, explore Roscoe's Borscht Belt history and preview upcoming publications. A selection of Isaac's work will be on exhibit. Food and cocktails available.
