The space

This was a 1940s cottage that has been fully renovated. Fully spray foam insulated and conditioned with new A/C & heat. Brand new kitchen, appliances, wood plank floors. New bath, full shower with glass doors. Great room has two new leather couches and a wood burning stove. TV is a smart 40" in the great room and each of the bedrooms have smart TVs. There is a large covered porch with seating for protection from the weather. Outside furniture, BBQ and Fire pit. The cottage is well set back off a country road but the drive way is new and fully accessible with parking for multiple cars. The cottage sits on over 100 acres of wooded property with many trails for walking, hiking or biking.

Hiking/Biking trails are marked and map provided. No Motorized vehicles on the property trails. No discharge of weapons on property. No feeding wildlife. No cutting of wood on the property. Some firewood for the outside pit will be provided.
